I don't know about you, but there are many times when I don't want to freeze my leftovers. I end up with all these containers and if I forget to slap a label on them, I find myself looking at the frozen concoction, trying to figure out what the heck it is, spaghetti sauce or chili... sometimes it's iffy. Anyway, you get my point. So the other night I made beef stew and there was enough for the next night. It's really okay to serve it two nights in a row, but I wanted to switch things up a tad, so I thought, why not make a beef stew pot pie. I am sure I am not the first to do this, but I am the first to do this in my house. A little burnt around the edges, but the hungry bears did not complain. I added a side of green beans... the more veggies the better for us, and a salad. PERFECTO! It was boolicious!!
